What is Bulkly?

Bulkly is a WhatsApp Business CRM tool that is powered by Geeky Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd and also WhatsApp Business communication platform offering tools such as Campaign & Bulk Messaging, Instant Chat Replies, Team Collaboration, WhatsApp Automation, and Filtered Response Management. Our platform helps startups, product-based businesses, service providers, and marketing agencies engage their audience more effectively on WhatsApp.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Application, Acceptance & Changes

These Terms (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Bulkly’s messaging platform (“Platform”), including all associated features like Campaign & Bulk Messenger, Instant Chat Replies, Filter Replies, Team Member Chats, and WhatsApp Automation. By accessing or using our services, you confirm your acceptance. We may update these Terms — continued use means you agree to those changes.

Eligibility

Bulkly is available only to individuals or entities who are 18 years or older and eligible to form legally binding contracts. By using our Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

License

Bulkly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform within your organization, subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this Agreement.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify our software;

• Rent, lease, sell or sublicense the Platform;

• Use it illicitly or to violate applicable laws;

• Interfere with its functionality or use it to distribute malicious content.

Subscriptions, Payments & Renewal

Subscription

Bulkly is provided on a subscription basis. You must choose a payment plan (e.g., monthly, annual) and provide valid payment details.

Fees & Taxes

You agree to pay all applicable fees, plus any taxes. Bulkly may adjust pricing with prior notice.

Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the end of the current term. Cancel anytime, but no refunds for unused days.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Setup

You must create an account, keep password credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized activity.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bulkly lawfully and not to:

• Send spam or malicious messages;

• Impersonate others;

• Use our service to breach anti-spam regulations;

• Use bots or scripts not authorized by Bulkly.

User Data

You are solely responsible for the content and compliance of all messages and data uploaded or sent through Bulkly.

Data, Privacy & Sharing

Your Data

All messages, content, contacts, and analytics you manage through Bulkly (“Your Data”) remain yours. You grant Bulkly permission to host, process, and transmit Your Data to provide services.

Privacy

Limitation of Liability

Caps on Liability

Bulkly’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.

Exclusion of Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property

Company IP

Bulkly owns all intellectual property rights related to the Platform, code, design, documentation, analytics, reports, and trademarks.

Feedback

You may choose to provide feedback. Such feedback becomes Bulkly’s property (royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license).

Inventories & Integrations

If you use third‑party services (like WhatsApp APIs), you may need separate accounts and subscriptions. Bulkly is not responsible for third‑party terms, pricing, or availability.

Termination

Termination by You

Cancel your subscription anytime via dashboard. No refunds for partial terms.

Termination by Bulkly

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms or misuse. We’ll notify you when possible.

Effect of Termination

On termination, your rights under this Agreement stop. We may delete your account and data after a specified period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without conflict of laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

Additional Terms

Entire Agreement

Assignments
